Negligent Operator DMV Suspension

In California, a moving violation causes a point to be put on your DMV record. Some violations, such as a DUI or driving on a suspended license, have two points attached to them. While you can avoid a single point by going to traffic school, two point violations cannot be eliminated in the same way.

If you collect four points in one year, or six points within two years. The DMV will deem you to be a negligent operator and you will be suspended for six months.

Should you be notified of such a suspension, you have the right to a hearing to determine whether you deserve to be suspended or to be given a second chance.

I have successfully represented many clients in this process and have saved their driving privilege for them. If you find yourself facing a negligent operator suspension please call me. I can help.
